Chocolate cake, my favourite Crystal! The blue icing is a very different idea but looks amazing. Why did you choose blue for the icing? I bet your mum loved it. How did it taste? It would have been quite fun with some sprinkles of some sort on top of it too. Yum, hope you still have some left to enjoy.
